Tasting notes : Garnet coloured with well balanced tannins, and definite hint of ‘garrigue’ herbs on the nose; in the mouth smooth, full bodied with a touch of pepper and oozing red fruit and cherries. Great with pheasant, roast pork with Mediterranean vegetables, quality beef fillet.
Serve at : 15-17°C
