Tasting notes :   A rosé with a difference ! Beautifully structured with delicate tannins, great colour and character, it combines freshness with a touch of spice and black berries. Delightful with roast lamb and veal dishes, it is ideal for delicately spiced, sophisticated Oriental cuisine.  Serve at 12-15°C.
